Employee Assistance (EA) Counselors

MehraVista has an elite professional network of service providers throughout the state of Florida. This ease of geo access allows timely and convenient employee accessibility to services. We also have access to 10,000 providers throughout the contiguous United States and the world. All EA Counselors have a minimum of a master’s degree in the behavioral health field and two years of relevant clinical experience. EA Counselors are licensed to practice psychotherapy, or are registered interns in their state, and are eligible for certification as an employee assistance program professional(CEAP).

The MehraVista staff and EA Counselors are also experienced in dealing with crisis situations both in the office and at the work-site, and have been specifically trained in psychological first aid. This training and experience encompasses incidents which range from threats of harm to self or others to counseling employees following bank robberies, hostage situations, serious events and working with victims of natural disasters such as Hurricane Andrew in Florida and Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana.
