Utilization and Employee Satisfaction Reports


MehraVista believes that we have four major customer groups to whom we must give attention: the employee, the employer, our staff and providers.

MehraVista submits quarterly utilization reports to our client companies. These reports can be customized to meet the client company’s requirements for utilization, problem categories and demographics, given confidentiality requirements. Additionally, we have established an outcome oriented system that monitors employee satisfaction with both MehraVista Health and our provider network. We annually survey the satisfaction levels of our employees and affiliate providers to insure that the direct service provision component of our company is able, willing and motivated to provide the best services possible.
