Rahul Mehra, MD Dedicated to streamlining employee access to healthcare and using preventative strategies to improve employee outcomes, Dr. Mehra is tactical in his approach to increasing employee productivity, reducing employee turnover and creating healthy, happy workforces.

At the helm of MehraVista Health since 2007, Dr. Mehra is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with over twenty years of experience in patient care. He has also served as a Medical Director for several publically held managed care companies over the course of his distinguished career.

Renowned for his work in foster care and for leadership positions with behavioral healthcare organizations, Dr. Mehra’s enduring commitment to the value of employee assistance programs has driven MehraVista to tremendous success in mitigating the effects of mental health/substance abuse issues in the workplace.

Vicki B. Davis, MS, LMHC, CEAP, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Davis is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified employee assistance professional. Ms. Davis has over 19 years of work experience in the area of employee assistance programs and managing behavioral health benefits. Ms. Davis was in charge of the EAP and managed behavioral healthcare division for the 5th largest healthcare system in the nation. She guided her staff and program to the prestigious CARF accreditation. This accreditation was with exemplary status and became a national and international model. Ms. Davis along with a partner owned and operated a Florida based business which expanded employee assistance program services to 23 states. Her broad experience with employer group services has made her uniquely qualified to evaluate and administer tailor made EAP programs for commercial, government and academic employer groups. Her attention and skills have focused on employee downsizing, violence in the workplace, Drug-Free Workplace, critical incidents, and supervisory training. In addition she has a vast amount of experience in utilization management, corporate contracting, behavioral health benefits and Summary Plan Descriptions.

 

Doug Pace, Chief Strategy Officer

Doug Pace has been considered one of the most innovative minds in management consulting and marketing strategy for over two decades. He has been the Chief Strategy Officer for MehraVista Health since 2016. Doug is also concurrently the CEO of Stonehill PR. He leads the vision of the firm and enjoys working directly with the firm’s portfolio of clients.   Doug founded Stonehill with the vision of bringing agile management practices found in entrepreneurial organizations to large companies.  He found that his approach also provided process and structure to small organizations allowing them to accelerate their growth.  Doug is a noted speaker on business design, marketing strategy, building innovative cultures, and Design Thinking.

Prior to founding Stonehill, Doug was Chief Operating Officer of Bayshore Solutions. Bayshore Solutions is a nationally recognized digital agency with offices in Florida and Colorado.  During his tenure with the firm it was recognized by Ad Age magazine ten years in a row as a top 100 digital agency, six years by INC Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce as the Small Business of the Year, and by Microsoft as the Global Partner of the Year.  Doug has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the 75 Most Influential Consultants in the United States. He brings an innovative and progressive approach to assist MehraVista Health in client recruitment, retention and delivery of service.

Doug currently serves on the boards of numerous schools and organizations including the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, BBVA Compass Bank, Lions Eye Institute Foundation, Town of Belleair Infrastructure Committee, University of Florida’s College of Engineering, and the Hillsborough County Film Commission. His past affiliations include the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation, Tampa Bay Partnership, St. Petersburg Grand Prix, Pinellas County MPO, and Leadership Tampa Bay.  Doug graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, has been recognized with an Executive Fellowship in Innovation from the University of South Florida, and holds a Certificate in Energy Innovation from Stanford University.
